Lumure FC Falls To Taye FC, Out Of Aduro Cup Soccer League Championship‎

‎The Aduro Cup Soccer League Championship continued with a thrilling match between Lumure FC and Taye FC. Lumure FC, who had already suffered a defeat to Layelu Babes in the tournament opener, faced another setback, losing 2-1 to Taye FC.

‎Taye FC dominated the match, with Endurance and Matthew scoring crucial goals to secure a deserved victory.

‎

‎Lumure FC put up a spirited fight, but ultimately fell short, scoring only one goal.

‎

‎The loss eliminates Lumure FC from the tournament, leaving them without a chance to progress to the next stage. Taye FC, on the other hand, will face Layelu Babes in the final game of the group to determine the group winners.

‎

‎The 2025 Aduro Cup Soccer League Championship is solely sponsored by Aduro Foundation, with the aim of promoting grassroots football and providing a platform for young players to showcase their talents.

Emiloju FC has emerged champions of the maiden edition of showtime youth cup. The grand finale played at Mobolaji Johnson Arena saw Emiloju winning first ever trophy by defeating Oskey international by three goals to one. First half goals from Ayodeji Thomas Adefila, Onawumi Caleb Oluwafemi,and Madubugha Donald Elochukwu were enough for Emiloju FC to win first ever trophy.
