Emiloju Football Club has emerged champions of 2025 Joe Aribo Cup 

It would be recalled that Emiloju football club last week won the maiden edition of Showtime Youth cup.

Emiloju Football Club defeated Chekas United by three goals to one in the first match.

The Alao's boys then beat Seamoriow FC by three goals to two on penalties after playing goaless draw in the quarters.

The semi-final encounter with Inspired Sports Academy ended 2-2 in match duration.

Emiloju football club then progressed to the final after winning 5-4 on penalties with brilliant Emiloju FC's goalie Miracle to the rescue.

Segun Ajengele's solo goal was the difference as Emiloju FC defeated ISAGT FC by a lone goal to be crowned champions of 2025 Joe Aribo Cup.

Sixteen football academies in Lagos state participated in the football fiesta

Emiloju FC has emerged champions of the maiden edition of showtime youth cup. The grand finale played at Mobolaji Johnson Arena saw Emiloju winning first ever trophy by defeating Oskey international by three goals to one. First half goals from Ayodeji Thomas Adefila, Onawumi Caleb Oluwafemi,and Madubugha Donald Elochukwu were enough for Emiloju FC to win first ever trophy. It was a historic moment for Emiloju FC family as Adedoye Samuel Ayobami emerged as the Player of the Tournament winning ₦1.5 million, while precocious Chijindu Miracle Anaikwe who saved two penalties at the semi-final was named as the Best Goalkeeper of the Tournament, also carting home ₦1.5 million for his exceptional goalkeeping.
